A personnel of the Lagos State Management Authority (LASTMA) is said to be lying critically ill in the hospital after he got a beating of his life that sent him into a coma by an irate policeman.

In the video which is fast going viral, accompanied by the narrative of one of the children of the victim, the LASTMA official could be seen lying unconscious on the ground while surrounded by some security operatives and an FRSC official who was attempting to revive the LASTMA official.

At some point, the man who was stylishly filming, presumably a colleague to the unconscious LASTMA official was threatened by a security operative who vowed to deal with him if he filmed the incident.

He was later confronted by the security operative, forcing him to stop the filming.
The contention between the unconscious LASTMA official and the security operatives who put him in coma is still a mystery.

According to reports, the security operatives are yet to be identified but the LASTMA official is currently receiving treatment at Apapa general hospital.
